I’m an experienced Organisation Effectiveness (OE) professional based in Singapore. I have more than 20 years experience in both the corporate and consulting world, having worked in various global and local MNCs and training consulting companies. My work experience spans diverse industries across, hospitality, manufacturing, electronics, finance, to name a few.
My work at the strategic level, involves working with senior leadership, as a thought-partner, to develop and achieve business objectives through:

- regular review and building of employee skill-sets
